Seed Accounting and RCB Advisory announce Business Merger
We are delighted to announce the merger of RCB Advisors into Seed Accounting, effective 1 July 2025. Rajesh Chawla from RCB will be joining the Seed team as a Director.
Rajesh brings with him years of experience as a Chartered accountant and business advisor at a number of mid tier firms. He specialises in providing effective tax solutions, superannuation and business advisory services for business clients, international businesses and expatriates.
By combining our teams, we will continue to deliver high-quality accounting and advisory services to small and mid-market businesses. With 15 years of Seed’s history and over 40 years of Rajesh’s expertise, we are well-equipped to meet all your needs.
